Hotel is situated close to restaurants and shops.It is a short walk into the centre where there are many more facilities and hotels.The rooms are not opulent but are attractive and comfortable.The strength of this hotel are the staff who are friendly and welcoming.The chambermaids are excellent.Breakfast is good and there are generous seating areas downstairs.

Maybe the only 5* Hotel in the area… The staff was very polite, professional and they know how to treat guests as a “ President”…. We stayed at the Panorama rooms… Was recently renovated, clean, luxurious and well equipped!

We booked this hotel after there was a mix up with our stay in Padova. We didn't plan it and it was an unexpected surprise. After a long day in Venetia we needed somewhere to relax and this place is perfect! The hotel has a large pool with warm water which stays open until 9.30 pm! We were provided with everything needed to use the pool and had a great time! The rooms where large and clean and the breakfast was good.

There is an excellent head waiter at breakfast and the food is good.The swimming pools are lovely and the spa facilities are very convenient.

The location is amazing, like all locations in the area. Staff is very nice, polite, understanding, prone to say yes to whatever you asked ("say yes" not "do" Very clean, rules for covid outstanding.

Travelling with a baby is not easy but they made it extra easy for us! Crib was immaculate and new, restaurant understood why we kept on running in and out, and the high chair was also good quality. Aside from that the room was of great size, food is great and replenishing. Came here 20+ yrs ago when I was young, love the renovation and yet the same home vibe.

Wonderful! Everything about our stay was spectacular. The staff was very helpful as well, we also actually left a personal belonging of value and they stored it and communicated with us regarding our preference in retrieving the item.

The property was very pretty, including the pool and sauna area. The whole property was very well kept and clean. The place was peaceful. The rooms seem like they have not been renovated since the place was built; HOWEVER, the rooms are well kept. Parking was convenient, and the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Staff was good, parked right out front, beautiful and relaxing pools. Location within walking distance of pedestrian zones.
